Is sudocream good for the body of atopic dermatitis in a dry skin? Is it work well on skin? Need some advice…

Hi there Ani! I too am dealing with very dry skin.
I am fair skinned with a lot of sun damage. As I have gotten in to menopause my skin has gotten much dryer. So now I use Aveeno lotion for sensitive skin twice daily and only shower twice a week. And I use a non soapy cleanser like Cetaphil. I know this isn’t likely going to work for some but infrequent showers help me. And when my dermatitis flares up I use my prescription cream, let it absorb, then rub Vaseline over to keep moistureized. And I use Vaseline throughout the day as needed to help with healing. I have also used coconut oil in place of the Vaseline. Hope this helps
I found glaxol base to be the thickest and most moisturizing for my skin. Also least irritating.
