Is there a reason why my operated on side’s foot is really hot?
Stayed warm for a good few months. Nothing to worry about.
My knee was hot for a few months, it was working really hard to heal. You’ll also find yourself more hungry because your body is burning calories healing. My foot wasn’t hot though, if it’s also red or swollen, or more sore then you feel it should be, I would call your surgeon. Always best to err on the side of caution.
It’s not painful it’s just hot and the tips of my toes are red.
Try to elevate and move that ankle as much as you can, elevate forsure
ice it and begin to get it moving the more you do the better it will feel!
