Is there any difference btw surgical and medical branches ico toxicity workload and work life balance . why most ppl suggest to take medical branches over surgical
Surgical branch always toxic as compair to medicine
May be bcoz of long learning curve in surgery n late settlement but if u are passionate u can take n in medical branches settlement is early+ short learning curve. But work life balance depends on u , how much u want to spend time on urself n with family it doesn’t depend on some branch!! This is what most of consultants in my city told me when I had same discussion with them
Surgical branches especially obsgnae and ortho are most toxic with no work life balance and long learning curve. Depends on what you love.
