There’s only one way out. Assume that every patient is recording what you are saying. Limit what you say and don’t talk extra. I have started practicing this recently. Pehle I used to counsel the patients as if they were my relatives. Then akal ayi. Just to the point and short. Never say anything which can make you fall in trouble in court.
Any voice recording unless informed is not acceptable in the court of law and cannot be used as evidence
