If pus is present, then drainage
•Mainstay management of lactational breast abscess is Drainage which can be by Aspiration or InD.
•So 1st line treatment should be:USG guided aspiration + Antibiotics and if 2 attempts fail then we go for: InD+ Antibiotics.
•But here in option A they have written ONLY Antibiotics so out of all options best one is D.
As the female is lactating so I&D with antibiotics is best option!
