Isn't terbinafine the doc for dermatophytes only?

Why is the answer terbinafine and not azoles when most common cause of chronic onychomycosis is Candida?

Isn’t terbinafine the doc for dermatophytes only?

Trichophyton rubrum is the most common dermatophyte involved in onychomycosis. Candida is the second most common. The drug of choice for onychomycosis is oral terbinafine, which acts by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis.

Thank you.
