It is very sad that the system of counselling divides the noble fraternity

It is very sad that the system of counselling divides the noble fraternity. Please set aside the differences, the sadness, the disappointments and as each one of you is set to begin a new phase in your life, do not commence on a bitter note and please hold no grudges against one another. If it may seem unfair, be magnananimous to accept and wish others well. I know it is easy to preach but please understand that never has any counselling been fair to all. Neither is life the same for all. Each one of you will go through ups and downs. Its important to stay committed and strong and give in your best effort. Be patient and everything happens for a reason according to your time. We all know what all PG aspirants go through. Be empathetic towards each other and be happy for your own fellow statemates. And for those who have moved out of their comfort zone, let me tell you…these three years are going to be the litmus test to prove yourself. Let this admission process not see a tussle of egos but an opportunity to stay united and as far as PG is concerned each one of you is going to emerge as a specialist at the end of three years. Ultimately the system is flawed. Many of you who are in AI seats, are in different states…It is not only the TN candidates. See this as an opportunity to explore newer challenges and I am sure each one of you will be pursuing the profession much to your satisfaction…One thing is certain…You may desire something but destiny may have a different plan. Accept the plan and stay blessed…
