It’s a case of 1st trimester SPONTANEOUS missed abortion : we need to either give drugs for expulsion of POC or do surgical expulsion by Suction and evacuation . Now as patient is having multiple large fibroids so they can restrict the proper access to uterine cavity so i think we should therefore prefer Medical abortion over suction evacuation here
