It's given that mode of dying like respiratory failure and circulatory failure

it’s given that mode of dying like respiratory failure and circulatory failure is not written in IA of Death Certificate but in MC5053 Rupture of myocardium is written in 1A, why sir, isn’t it also a mode of dying? Please explain the difference.

Rupture of Myocardium will lead to Circulatory failure.

Rupture of Myocardium is the condition/disease which lead to death so it’s written in section 1A but Circulatory failure is the mode of death which is not mentioned in MCCD.

3 modes of death

  1. Circulatory failure

  2. Respiratory failure

  3. Nervous system failure

coz line 1a is the immediate cause of death…

line 1b and 1c will be the antecedent causes of death - the conditions which was actually responsible for the fatal event
