Just an advice to those middle class people, in Andhra Pradesh fees for other states people (B category) is around 8L. And there is no bond. Do apply in this state. Case load and stipend is good.
But as far as I know some private college has put case against the fees to raise upto 15 lakhs… If they won they will ask the students to pay the remaining fees right…
only problem will be learning telugu. But its easier to learn than tamil and malayalam.
