Ofcourse negative shift… less numbr of seats in Mopup as compared to last yr…
I knew people resigned seats they got in previous rounds to get better in mop up round…
Example MD Anaesthesia in round 1 resigned to get dermat or radio in mop up…?? Will it happen or they need to prepare for next neet for derma and radio.??
