More than the workload, the biggest problem in residency is the ego of professors… maximum are egoistic pigs…you can’t predict when you breake their ego threshold… By mistake, if you forget to greet them , or dnt stand when they come because of ur workload, they make you suffer for next three years… you will have to tolerate these morons for 3 years for passing… Maximum of your stipend money will be spent for feeding them breakfast, and dinner… You guys are getting so much money, why you want to loot poor residence?? They never support residence or students in their genuine issues…
