MS ENT ( Otorhinolaryngology) and Head Neck Surgery, is a very evolving branch nowadays.
What we were exposed to in our UG days, is not even a drop in the ocean. Post MS, u may go for several fellowship programs in otology, neuro-otology, laryngology, skull base( anterior, lateral), sleep surgeries, phono- surgery, facial plastics, rhinology, thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, Head neck oncology, pediatric otolaryngology and many more.
Of course, there is micro and endoscopic surgery involved, so learning curve is a bit broad…I myself had a lot of dilemma last year while choosing the subject…but now I contented with my decision
