My eyes tend to flair up recently and turn very red and my forehead very dry like from the atopic dermatitis…does anyone recommend a facial to help? If so what kind?
I dont recommend a facial, because the repeated rubbing of skin only contributes more to the inflammation. Just use a nice hydrating moisturizer. And vaseline in the night.
If they red and hot, Cold presses could help you to calm it down.
