My friend joined md microbiology but want to leave seat and write neet this year is she eligible for counselling

if u join DNB
then no DNB for 3 yrs
if u join MD MS
all india quota seats evry yr u r eligible
but if u had taken seat via state in
karntaka rohtak kerla TN etc no pg in those states for next 3 yrs… i guess
I think only not eligible for respective state in which person joined and remaining states eligible I think so
