Mycophenolate mofetil
Mycophenolate mofetil was recognised in 2009 as a cause of pure red cell aplasia.(anaemia develops gradually,anaemia can be quite significant at the point of presentation.
Dose reduction or withdrawl of mycophenolate is associated with resolution of anaemia.
