Mycosis fungoides will be having skin lesions , biopsy of skin lesion shows epidermotrophism and atypical lymphocytes

mycosis fungoides will be having skin lesions , biopsy of skin lesion shows epidermotrophism and atypical lymphocytes

few students think mycosis fungoides is synonymous with sezary syndrome but it is not

because , sezary syndrome only will be showing atypical lymphocytes in blood circulation which are called sezary-lutzner cells with cerebriform nucleus

so in the options you have only mycosis , so no question of confusion

next is sharing images of how sezary lutzner cell looks like and also how flower cells / clover leaf cells of adult T cell leukemia look like , so in future need not confuse even if sezary syndrome is given in options
