NGSDA Today’s court proceedings
NGSDA were battling the burden of two cases

  1. All India R2 case stay due to case filed by Govt Service doctor Dr.Sudhan

  2. Our case of G.O 96

  3. Today morning, a representation of our senior counsel to the Honble Judge for mention regarding impleading into the case filed by Govt. Service doctor Dr.Sudhan…
The Justice did not respond positively for this implead petition.
However, upon persuasion by the senior counsel, the judge heard our plea and prayers and clarified doubts regarding our petition. Heard our counsels arguments and decided to pass judgement today and he did not accept our implead as there was no use for it.

Contrary to some mischievous candidates spreading rumors …

Service representative advocates was not even present during judgement. Only Mci was present along wit our team.

Judgement given by Honble Justice Mr.Vaidyanathan –
“Writ petition Quashed”

  1. G.O 96 was quashed successfully with the Judge pronouncing orders that a new list be formed based on the Supreme court judgement and MCI new rules. And amendment
He strictly announced that the new list should be fair in all means(with rural)

However, We have learnt that The other side petitioners are planning for Higher appeal. If this happens, it will be a repeat of last year. Last year too, we won in High court, but Supreme court gave a stay order. If this should not happen, then we need to fight strongly in Supreme court too.

The Judge also pronounced that Both the Judgement orders will be made available only on April 28th.

NGSDA’s role in both these cases have been strong in conveying merit of the case. We have our own methods of handling the situation too. After an entire day of sweating and finding every possible steps , roaming in the courts, we were successful in accomplishing our target of vacating stay petition on R2 and quashing G.O 96.

Some mischievous service candidates are trying to break the new formed unity of Non service candidates by spreading rumors and spewing venom. Please don’t fall for such cheap acts.
We have been getting threat calls regularly now. We will face all such threats with the hope that your support will always be there for us.
