Or is there any difference in “Lymphatic spread” AND “Lymph node involvement” here.
First one is marjolin - it is a SCC which is forming in a region of a scar. Because of scarring of lymphatics, there is no lymphatic spread
Normally SCC Can spread via lymphatics
