h/o lower abdomen pain and bleeding PV…

Her ANC record reveals ,
2 wks back ,her BP was found to be high and was started on antihypertensives …

Now Her BP 160/110 mmhg,PR=96bpm

Grade 2 Pedal edema +++

On Obstetric exam::

Uterus tense ,tender and rigid …
fetal parts are felt with difficuty …
Head appears to be fixed …

P/V :Cervix uneffaced ,
OS admits tip of finger
Passage of clots+++

On Intrapartum foetal surveillance ,
CTG reveals fetal distress…

The pateint taken for immediate caesarean section…
