20 years old patient(female) came to Outpatient Department with lesions on palmer side for last 6 months,Used Antifungal and Betnovit ointment but of no use.

Read my prior post I just sent. Vss formula will work on this. Do it often. Using the solution in a pan and soaking as much as possible will help. I see these patients all the time with failures from topical steroids and antifunguals. Dyshidrotic eczema presents like this.
