The best thing to do is to visit a hospital, but here we can just discuss this to help some of us in case u come across this some day in real life. This could be perforated TM secondary to otitis media. If there’s discharge of pus do not put ear drop. Place the patient on daily dressing, after every dressing pact it with gauze, sock the gauze with antibiotic ear drop (my best choice is ciprofloxacin ear drop). And prescribe oral medication such as amoxicillin 500mg bd, ascorbic acid tds and ebuprofen or pcm 1g tds.
