Then why answer is estrogen only ?
•Doc for management of Hot flushes if uterus is intact is OCPs (progesterone will prevent Increase in risk of endomet ca)
•But they are asking MOST EFFECTIVE TREATMENT (which means hitting the nail exactly on the cause) and Hot flushes occur due to loss of Estrogen (NOT progesterone)
