Preterm 28 weeker came to ED with severe respiratory distress. Identify the CXRay and tell be possible diagnosis.
This is cxr ap view with ET tube , OG/NG tube insitu showing Air bronchogram both side with homogenous opacity in both lung field suggestive of stage 3 HMD or severe RDS and also showing 9 ribs bilaterally with clear cp angle and gas shadow under left dome of diaphragm (stomach) .
