Divided by the population at risk of having the attribute or desease at this point in time or midway through the period 2.
Although reffered to as a rate , prevalence rate is really a ratio.
Better to mark proportion as single best answer
It’s an ongoing dilemma… different schools of thought… everyone’s right, that prevalence can also be expressed as rate and ratio
