Only if took dnb .then debarred from all nbe courses for 3 years…

No but you need to hold on. Otherwise there may be financial penalty.
That university from which you have resigned might debar you for few years, but you can definitely join some other University in next session, for example Gujarat university debars you for 5 years in case of resignation.
Gujarat university means just six colleges of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar
