S4 in mitral stenosis due to pulmonary hypertension

Isn’t it possible to get a right ventricular S4 in mitral stenosis due to pulmonary hypertension & right ventricular hypertrophy. You taught that S3 & S4 are not heard in MS.
Thank You

The valve is abnormal in MS.

For both S3 and S4 valve has to be structurally Normal

Tricuspid valve being normal isn’t a right ventricular S4 possible due to pulmonary hypertension & RVH

for s4 to occur valve has to be normal, idk about s3

Left sided S4 heard(best) over the apex that too on expiration and in left lateral position.

Right sided S4 heard(best) parasternally and on inspiration.
