Seeking for suggestions and opinions. I am having tremor. Seen a neurologist 2years back and just said like nothing to worry its essential tremor and says its inherited one( of course its inherited for me).Prescribed propranolol for 10 days. Now since I am preparing for neet pg having some anxiety and this tremor is making me uncomfortable like people around me commenting saying what happen this that etc. Am also feeling like what subject should I pursue given my problem. I know subjects involving surgery would never fit me but I feel like every department has a bit of surgeon things(what I saw during internship exposure) . I also want a clinical subject too. And is it ok to take propranolol 10mg per day whenever I see some of my symptoms like randomly any day. Please help.
