Diagnosis plz ??
History- 34 yr male
Bump formation from aprox 3 months with unknown reason at round marked region on one side leg. But due to regular shoes wear this bump shifted at arrow marked region( divided in three parts). This bump seems like hard blood vessels on touch.
Severe Pain during night and mild pain in day ( i guess because of movements)with swelling.
Medicine taken- 1.amoxicillin + clavulanic acid
2. Aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase
