Since penalty for R2 Seat leaving is high, is it wise to keep choices that I am willing to actually Join? We can’t resign also R2.

security money will be forfeited…and mopup mein hi jaana h then why to waste a seat, directly bhi mopup mein ja skte h by not filling choices which they don’t want… atleast 25k to bachenge
Unnecessary why lose 25k and not join the seat also. Pointless.
Keep those choices only which you will definitely join, otherwise your money will be forfeited if you dont join
