Sorry I haven’t been making any memes to share lately. Mainly because things haven’t been going well with me, but also because I was busy fighting Lex Luthor and his minions. But since we are at a very desperate stage of the season, I shall share a passage that will be relevant to all my co-applicants.

"Samwise” comes from the Old English word, meaning “half-wit” or “unwise”. Even though he did intend to name him the “half-wit”, Tolkien had a lot of love for the character and this scene is the most beautiful one from the entire trilogy.
