M tuberculosis is replicated within the macrophages by blocking fusion of phagosome and lysosome.
Due to escape of killing my macrophages and induction of type IV hypersensitivity
Risk of acquiring infection is determined by exogenous factors.
Risk of developing disease depends on endogenous factors -
