The government is going to introduce the Integrated Health Science Institute Umbrella Act to regulate the Health Sciences Institute.
Health and Population Minister Khatiwada said that the draft related to the Unified Health Science Institute Act has been prepared while answering questions raised on the title of the Ministry’s appointed budget.
All government health science institutions will now be run by the government with the same act.
Draft related to Umbrella Act of Integrated Health Science Institute has been ready. Now rather than having a VC in all establishments, the draft has been prepared to operate all the institutions by bringing an umbrella act with one VC. Minister Khatiwada said that it has to be finalized.
