indication for Radiotherapy in breast cancer is >5cm but the indication of APBI (type of RT) is T1 tumor which is tumor <2cm
More than 5 cm tumor you will give RT irrespective of whether you do BCS or mastectomy
In all bcs patients you give RT. - abpi is post BCS
