its not usual location but could be if patient is HTNsive…
If patient is Normotensive then other D/d of etiology could be cerebral amyloid angiopathy as its in subcortical location as well as the patient is elderly too.

doesn’t look like tumoral bleed though

I totally agree with your opinion about cerebral amyloi angiopathy, but hemorrhage in hypertensive it’s not suitable, quite rare in lobes
