I can’t say what’s wrong with you coz ur information is incomplete and not specifically explained. There’s so many reason why it pained. There’s a lot of things I should consider. So plz explain it in more detailed manner.
Maybe it is related in physical activities you did the whole day. If you work so hard and too much pressure to ur upper back and lower back which contemplates ur nerve innervation in some muscles. Position urself in comfortable position so u can sleep and if the pain continues for 3 days have a check up of it for yoir better safety.
