These X-rays after 42 days of splint.
Currently it is very difficult to move my hand up and down, especially up. I feel it is impossible
I feel like my rest joint is a part of the arm bone and can’t be moved. So please I need to know what’s the treatment?And will I be able to move my hand normally again according to the X-rays or it’s impossible?
Your fracture is uniting with radial shortening and dorsal displacement. To get good results we have to maintain length and angulation. Start physio and check after 4- 6 wks.
Can you please explain what do you mean by dorsal displacement?
It means bone breaks and move backward at wrist joint. To get good results we have to bring brocken bone back to its original position.
so you mean Physical Therapy can’t fix the problem?
