This is my long awaited appreciation post for Marrow

Hello all budding specialists…This is my long awaited appreciation post for Marrow…I actually did not do it earlier because I wanted to have real life experience of my best choice made during counselling…Now I think it’s right time when you all are busy making your own lists…

I passed my MBBS in 2019 and completed my internship in 2020 from NRS Medical College,Kolkata. Then the best thing that happened in my life was MARROW.I really found a platform where I could design my study schedule as per my own convenience…Moreover covid made it essential when everything suddenly had become online…This was something very close to my heart watching all the beautiful and concept oriented videos…And during my pg prep phase,my interest in Medicine gradually had been growing to a level of no compromise with my pg branch selection…I am thankful to all the learned faculties of Marrow and specially Rakesh Nair sir for all the interest I have found in Medicine because of his wonderful teaching…

I did a rank of 8998(UR) in NEET PG 2021 and went for counselling…I knew that I could not get M.D Medicine in that rank…Instead I went for DNB Medicine in a 24hr busy district hospital in my state…Initially I heard all the negative reviews about my selection but gradually I understood that I have selected the best thing for me because for me branch matters the most…I could not also afford to drop another year for better rank keeping in mind the increasing level of competition and job status overall…

So,once again,I am grateful to be an ex-marrow student and the experience I have with marrow will be there for long!
