shouldn’t the answer be 12 months ?
12 months was used earlier I guess
I also had the idea of 12 months but it has changed
And and bleeding after that is to be considered post menopausal bleeding
Normally a 1-year period of amenorrhoea after the age of 40 is considered as menopause. However, vaginal bleeding occurring anytime after 6 months of amenorrhoea in menopausal age should be considered as postmenopausal bleeding and investigated. Thank you.
