Hi all , i am a working inservice doctor in a PSU , eligible for sponsored dnb seats.Main problem i am facing is , in the NOC format , there is a clause that salary should be given by the parent sponsoring organization during the entire training period.All the PSUs have their definite study leave rule policy.our PSU gives salary for 2 years , not for entire 3 years .our authorities are changing the clause in NOC regarding this pay policy and my last year NOC got ineligible .No PSU gives 3 year full pay study leave .How should i proceed ? Our authorities will not give a false NOC stating that they will give 3 years pay and if they modify NOC with our rule , NOC is getting rejected by NBE .NBE is not giving proper solution even in RTI . Please anyone who has some idea … please tell me a solution regarding this problem … though i am eligible for the sponsored dnb seats , due to NOC i am getting ineligible .plz help …

Nothing can be done about this.if you can approch the policy deciding panel of your psu with petition then they might do something …noc will be rejected if any clause is modified .
