@ PCEHR is an electronic summary of patient health records. Patient and healthcare professionals who are authorised by participating healthcare organisations can access it online whenever patient needs, from wherever he/she is. Patient can register for an eHealth record either online, in writing or by phone:
@ PCEHR enables the patients to control who can access their records
@ With the individual’s permission, key pieces of health information may be viewed by participating healthcare providers across different locations and healthcare settings
Remember, PESCI is not what you say but more how you say it
Remember PESCI depends on things that you MAY NOT FIND IN books as related mainly to the real Australian GP Practice
