Totally frustrated after exam…dropped so that I perform well in exams …became morbidly obese …went to join gym …personal trainer asking too much money …no money in hands …not getting job anywhere

You are mbbs. Getting job is not a problem. Money is not a problem. Gym trainer isn’t a problem, YouTube is there.
Problem is your mindset. Fix it, and you will fix everything right from money, health to career.
Wait for ur results. I lost 11kg in 1st year medicine. Obg lega to 20 kgs tak lose ho Jayga. Eat as many fries as u can now. 
u don’t need a trainer. Ur seniors will make sure of that.
