  1. First they allow even All India Round 3 allotted candidates to sit in State Round 3.

  2. Second, since All India Round 3 results aren’t yet published, all states have postponed their state Round 3, and these bastards can’t even publish a notice.

A plea to every aspirant, run away from this state. Just run. Go anywhere but not here. WBMCC call center is a joke. Here is the notice that allow All India R3 allotted candidates in State Round 3.
