What are the diagnostic features of twisted hydrocele. How would you manage such a case

it depends upon the degree of twist …if testis can be salvaged then repositioning followed by jaboulay should be done if blood supply is compromised then orchidectomy should be done
If the twist is 720 degree, no point in saving the testis as it is beyond salvageable. Go for orchidectomy.
If the presentation is early within 6hrs, orchidopexy and follow up with jabouley
