What is the difference b/w exocytosis and emeiocytosis ??
Emiocytosis requires fusion of the granules with plasma membrane and outpouching of the granular contents.
Exocytosis is not that specialised.
exocytosis also require calcium and fusion of granule with plasma membrane.
I think both are same
Sir has told in his video lecture exocytosis also called emeiocytosis.
