What’s the probability of matching in USMLE if one appear after doing MD/MS from India?
If you really want US residency then i would suggest starting from UG…do not wait to leverage your application by indian MD…it is nothing but a waste of time and precious yog
In US the Indian MD MS is almost of no value…seen as just another work experience as indian PG is not recognized in the US
Freshly passed out people doesn’t match and 2-3 yr gap people matches if they are good
As far as i know, if you are really good YOG and things doesn’t matter
Can I get good institute residency like Cleveland, Yale, Mayo, John Hopkins etc if I appear after completing MD/MS?
Bhai Mayo vale to UG ko prefer kar rhe hai abhi , listen to Some USMLE youtube guys who are doing externship in us
the probability decreases significantly 2 years since graduation as most good institutes filter them off, although doable, best time to start us during UG days itself.
for example what r some institutes where I can get matching?
