A. Electrical defibrillation must be performed as soon as possible;

B. In case a defibrillator is inaccessible, precordial thump should always be performed;

C. If asystole is confirmed, the first medication given should be 3 mg intravenous atropine;

D. The first medication administered intravenously is always 1 mg epinephrine;

E. If narrow QRS complex tachycardia with the heart rate greater than 250 beats/minute is confirmed, electrical cardioversion must be performed immediately.
