Which branch is better MD SPM or MD PATHOLOGY?
If intent is joining college, prefer PSM… In Pre & Para- clinical subjects NMC has reduced staff: student ratio EXCEPT PSM… So still in PSM have chance of vacancy… Rest all saturated @ college level…
If intent is Money definitely take pathology & join later 2/3 in some very good centre, learn Histo- pathology to best… Later you can start diagnostic centre, it will take time but if your Histo- pathology part is well versed , you can still make mark in such saturated Market…
