while explaining ,nephritic syndrome you explained about the cause of hypertension is tubular defect of excreting sodium causing raised intravascular volume (overfill theory ).sir As it is glomerular capillary pathology,how it can straight away cause tubular defect ?please clarify sir.
Overfill theory states that proteases in tubules due to glomerular pathology activate ENAC…this I learnt in DM only
