There was initial redness in the nasal side. Following tobramycin eye drops there was a development of a whitish haze around the limbus, complains of no lacrimation, photophobia, pain, itching but a very slight blur in vision

Then it should not be detachment, retinal detachment usually occurs in old patients with cancer or myopia! In young patients only trauma or highly myopic are suspicious
